East Side Gravel Resource Request

The R.M. of Leask No. 464 would like to be proactive in obtaining gravel
resources for the east side of the municipality.

Gravel resources are becoming scarce in the Province of Saskatchewan. It
is our hope that local resources exist within our municipality, thus securing
them at an affordable price rather than more costly options which include
additional transportation.

It is in everyone’s best interest to find gravel at a reasonable end cost.

Therefore, we are seeking the assistance of our ratepayers; should you
believe gravel resources are present on your land, please contact the R.M.
office. We want to speak with you!!

Provincial Traffic Safety Fund Grant Program

Provincial Traffic Safety Fund Grant Program

Speed Awareness Initiative for R.M. of Leask – The presence of the solar radar sign in various locations throughout the municipality in recent weeks is due to grant approval by the Government of Saskatchewan Provincial Traffic Safety Fund.

Speeding on municipal roads is an ongoing issue. Slower speeds must be adhered to in order to keep residents and visitors to our municipality safe while they enjoy all of the available amenities. Future applications to this fund may yield additional radar signs to be placed in the R.M. to encourage safe and responsible driving practices.

SARM Strychnine Stewardship Program

still be developing on this issue.
