THE RM OF LEASK No. 464 provides notice under
"Public Notice Bylaw 02-2023"

Section 3 .1 - Borrowing money, lending money or guaranteeing the repayment of a loan;
On May 11/2026 at the Regular Council Meeting, Council will be considering proposed
Bylaw 07 /2026; "A Bylaw to Provide for Incurring a Debt"
PUBLIC NOTICE hereby given that the RM of Leask No. 464 intends to discuss the topic of
borrowing funds.

PUBLIC NOTICE is required under P&D Act, 2007 Section 55 and Section 2.5.3 Minor Variance (a) variance for the minimum required distance of a building from the lot line.

PLEASE be advised that Council will be discussing the Discretionary Use Application
at the April 8/2026 meeting at 10:45 a.m.
