PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that nominations of candidates for the offices of:

Councillor for Division 2
Councillor for Division 4
Councillor for Division 6

will be received by the undersigned during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. until Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the R.M. of Leask No. 464
municipal office.

The RM of Leask No. 464 hereby gives notice under the “Public Notice Bylaw
02 – 2023”
Section 3.1(e) – Borrowing money, lending money or guaranteeing the repayment of a loan;
At the September 16, 2026, Regular Meeting, Council will be considering methods of incurring
debt for 2026 municipal capital purchases.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Council for the RM of Leask No. 464 intends to
discuss the topic of Borrowing Money.
