Public notice is hereby given that:

Keith Desjardins was nominated for the office of Councillor for Division 2 and is the only candidate: therefore, no voting for the office will take place on November 9, 2026.

Joan Sanftleben was nominated for the office of Councillor for Division 4 and is the only candidate: therefore, no voting for the office will take place on November 9, 2026.

Dwayne Brad was nominated for the office of Councillor for Division 6 and is the only candidate: therefore, no voting for the office will take place on November 9, 2026.

will be received by the undersigned during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. until Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the R.M. of Leask No. 464
municipal office.

This meeting is open to the public.
All administrative reports, communication from the public, requests, or any
other material intended for inclusion on the Agenda must be received by the
Chief Administrative Officer no later than Thursday noon prior to the meeting.
