FOR PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE
UNDER BYLAW 02-2023 PUBLIC NOTICE BYLAW SECTION 3.l(A) permanent closing of a road or road allowance

REASON

• a roadway was never constructed on the land
• municipal liability in the event of a mishap should trail be accessed

PUBLIC NOTICE as per P&D ACT, 2007 Section 55/2026

PLEASE be advised that Council will be discussing the Discretionary Use Application

on April 9/2026 at 10:30 a.m.

The applicant is seeking application to construct new custom home.

Regular Council Meeting

The next Regular R.M. meeting of Council  will be held on

Wednesday, March 11, 2026 @9:00 AM

The regular council meeting will be held at the R.M. of Leask Office 231 1st Avenue South, Village of Leask

This meeting may also be held via electronic means.

This meeting is open to the public.

All administrative reports, communication from the public, requests, or any other material intended for inclusion on the Agenda  must be received by the Chief Administrative Officer no later than  Thursday noon prior to the meeting.
