PUBLIC NOTICE is required under P&D Act, 2007 Section 55 and Bylaw 02-2020 Zoning Bylaw Section 8.2.5 Sea and Rail Containers

PLEASE be advised that Council will be discussing the Discretionary Use Application
at the April 10/2024 Council Meeting at 10:00 a.m.

The applicant is seeking to erect/place a C-Can on his property; this C-Can shall be retrofitted to reflect the aesthetics of the primary dwelling.

Should anyone have any concerns in regards to the placement of this infrastructure on
Lot 10 Blk 1 Plan 78B17991 OHPC; they can submit correspondence to the RM of Leask by way of:

Bylaw 03 -2024 “A Bylaw to Provide for Incurring a Debt”
