Public Notice – Planning Bylaw 5-2022
Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Leask No. 464 intents to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw No. 2/20, known as the Zoning Bylaw.
INTENT
The proposed bylaw will rezone the land from Resort Commercial (RC) to Lakeshore District (LD).
AFFECTED LAND
The affected lands are Lot 4C and 4D, Block 3, Plan 84B13418 as shown within the bold dashed line on the following map.
